Background

Before cycling became his passion, Scott spent 12-years working in top-flight rugby union.

Scott has also worked in other rugby teams including Worcester Warriors, as well as working in Premier League football with Stoke City.

These roles gave Scott the opportunity to work with world-class athletes, delivering programs for strength, power, speed, weight-management, recovery and endurance.

Working in sport for so long has meant Scott has had to adapt his coaching style to get the best out of the different types of people he’s helped along the way.

His knowledge, experience and diversity are why he makes an excellent coach, so you know you’ll be in good hands.
