Scott is known for his work with British Cycling, coaching Olympians and Paralympians in preparation for the 2016 games in Rio.

After turning down the opportunity to head the paralympic strength program for another Olympic cycle, he formed Fast Fit Strong.

Background
Before cycling became his passion, Scott spent 12-years working in top-flight rugby union.

- 12-years in professional rugby union
- European Challenge Cup winners 2005
- Guinness Premiership Champions 2006

Scott has also worked in other rugby teams including Worcester Warriors, as well as working in Premier League football with Stoke City.

These roles gave Scott the opportunity to work with world-class athletes, delivering programs for strength, power, speed, weight-management, recovery and endurance.
Working in sport for so long has meant Scott has had to adapt his coaching style to get the best out of the different types of people he’s helped along the way.
